Our Pho Dinosaur Special (P7) is the ultimate expression of authentic Vietnamese pho. This signature dish features a carefully curated selection of premium beef cuts including medium rare beef slices, tender brisket, rich tendon, flavorful tripe, and bouncy beef balls, complemented by a perfectly cooked chicken egg. All of these ingredients swim in our aromatic broth that's been simmered for hours with traditional Vietnamese spices including star anise, cinnamon, and ginger.
